Firstly, heat ghee in a pan, to that, add mixed nuts and saute on low heat for 1-2 minutes. Then add half cup semolina and roast for 2-3 minutes on low heat. (Do not burn)

Add 1 cup water and mix well for 1 minute on low to medium heat. Adjust the water level if too thick but do not over add.

Then add 1 pureed mango and sugar when suji soaks watee. Cook until sugar melts.

Lastly, add powdered or crushed cardamoms and cook until you get the desired texture. But do not make it too thick as the halwa tends to get more thickened after cooling.
