Sabudana pakauri

#new
Snack time with sabudana pakauri and hot cup of chai!!
Aha!
Sunday funday!!! How can you resist yourself having this chatpata aloo sabudana pakauris when it's raining outside plus it's weekend...!! We can cheat with diet a little bit sometimes...
But still if you are diet concious, you can shallow fry or roast these vadas in appam stand with less oil.

Steps
- 1
Soak sabudana in little water for 2-3 hours.
- 2
Mash boiled potatoes smooth. Add corn flour and soaked sabudana. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well to make a nice chokha. Divide into small round shape balls and flatten a little with your palm to make like small tikkis.
- 3
Heat oil in a kadahi. When oil becomes super hot, add these flatten balls, once it's golden in colour, flip to the other side and reduce the flame and deep fry till it becomes crisp and brown from both the sides.
- 4
Serve these crispy and crunchy sabudana pakauris hot with sauce or chutney of your choice and ofcourse chai!
