Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupsalmond flour
  2. 12.3 ozpeanut butter (about 350 grams)
  3. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  4. 4eggs
  5. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  6. 3 tablespoonshoney
  7. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  8. 5.3 ozchocolate chips (about 150 grams)

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). In a bowl, combine the almond flour and baking powder and mix. In another bowl, add the eggs, honey, brown sugar, vanilla, peanut butter, and salt, and mix well with a hand mixer until the mixture is fluffy. Gently fold in the almond flour mixture.

    Finally, add the chocolate chips. Using a tablespoon, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly butter your hands and shape the cookies. Place an almond in the center of each and bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
