1 cupPeanut butter- chunky or creamy
1 cupwhite sugar
1egg
1/2 tspvanilla extract- any kind any flavor
1/2 tspcinnamon
1/3 tspalmond extract

Heat oven to 350

Drop tablespoon round of dough on non-greased cookie sheet

Flatten each ball with fork dipped in white sugar

Bake 15-20 minutes

Remove from oven and cool completely before removing from baking sheet. If you remove too early the cookies will crumble.
