Chukandar gosht(mutton)

Easy recipe but very healthy.
Steps

Cut chukandar in cubes.

Oil ma onion cut kar ke Dale oil KO light brown karle phir ginger garlic paste add kar ke mutton add Kar ke mutton KO achi tarah bhoon le.then add water and all spices cut tomato and add into mutton.

When tomato is melt add chukandar and two cups water and cook into low flame until the mutton is tender.

When Mutton and chukandar is ready then add green chilli.

Mazedaar chukandar gosht tayyar......

Serve with chapati.
