Wash and peel pointed gourd make it half and scoop it out, take oil in Kadai add jeera and chopped tomato, after frying of five minutes add cottage cheese,salt,haldi, red chilli powder fry for another 5 minutes.

Fry basan in low Flame for 2 to 3 minutes take it out from Kadai to a small bowl, add salt and red chilli powder, gradually add little amount of water and make a slurry.

Stuff pointed gourd with cottage cheese and cover the top part with salary

Cover the lid, flip itother side after 5 minuts. Cook in a low flame
