Mix two tablespoons of ghee, 2tablespoons of coconut powder and cardamom powder 1 teaspoons to the wheat flour and mix well till you can somehow bind it in your fist.

Divide the mixture in three parts keeping the fourth section empty, fill the section with brown sugar. sprinkle water and make a tight dough.make small balls and flatten it like biscuit.

Fry it till golden brown and when it cools down, enjoy and store it in a airtight box.
