In a blender, grind meat, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt to a smooth paste.

Add onion seeds, fennel seeds, bread crumbs, egg yolk and white separately, oil and grind again. Set aside in the refrigerator for about an hour.

Grease wooden skewers, divide the prepared mixture in equal portions and spread it in the skewers.

Grill the kebabs on an grill pan using little oil till golden brown from all sides.

Serve hot with green chutney.
