Prepare all ingredients.

Now take and seive all dry ingredients one by one.and mix all.

Now add curd and oil in dry ingredients. Mix well.. Now add milk lil by lil to make soft dough.

Now mash this dough for couple of minutes than make balls.

Put the idli cooker put salt at bottom... Hot it...

Now grease the idli stand put these balls.Apply milk with Brush on all buns.

Now bake all buns for 25 to 30 minutes.

Now buns baked apply butter on each and cover with wet cloth for 15 minutes.

Pav are ready to serve.
