1 glassrice
1 tspsalt
1/4 tspwhite vinegar
Water as required

Soak rice for 15 mins. Wash rice really well to remove starch.

Boil water with salt and vinegar.

When water is boiling, add drained rice. Let it cook till soft.

Drain the water. Put rice on a simmer plate for 3 mins at high flame, and then low flame till serving time.
