Custard is a typical dessert which can be served in many ways...I made these shot glasses for single serving in a party with seasonal fruit mango.

4 tbspMango custard
Milk half lit
4 tbspSugar
5 tbspMango jelly
Water half cup
2 tbspBasil seeds
Water to soak
Whipp cream to decorate
Mango purree half cup

Boil milk ' add sugar 'custard powder and cook untill thick

Boil water'add mango jelly. dissolve completely and bring it to normal temperature.

Soak basil seeds in water for 10 mint untill properlly swell.

Whipp half cup cream and fill into piping bag.

Blend mango to make purree

Now assemble shot glasses...pour basil seeds then mango jelly

Add layer of mango custard and then mango purree.

Decorate shot glasses with whipped cream and serve chilled.
