Steps

Hard boil eggs,prick them.Heat oil and fry eggs till golden.Take out.

Add all whole garam masala to the oil.Add onion paste and ginger garlic paste.Cook till pink.Add tomato puree and salt.Add 1/2cup water and cook for 4-5minutes on low flame.

Now take curd in a bowl,add all powdered spices exept garam masala powder.Mix well.

Add this curd mix to the pan.Stir and cook on low flame for 2 minutes or till oil separates.

Now add 2 cup water to the gravy.Let it boil.Add fried eggs.Cover and cook on medium flame for 5-6 minutes.

Adjust gravy to your desire.Serve with roti/rice.
