Finely chop the chocolate and add it to a microwaveable bowl. In another microwaveable bowl add the butter and cream and microwave in intervals of 30 seconds until the butter is melted and the cream is steaming

Add the creamy butter to the chocolate and whisk together until it's smooth.

Once mixed together, add to a shallow tray and add to the fridge for 30 minutes until it has hardened.

Once hardened, scoop with a teaspoon and roll into balls and coat with the cocoa powder and serve
