For marination. Wash and cut chicken into thin slices/cubes. In a bowl, add all the marination ingredients. Mix well. Leave aside for 1 hr.

For red sauce. Blend all red sauce ingredients to form a smooth, thick paste. Set aside.

For white sauce. Dry roast the sesame seeds till brown. Add to blender along with all other white sauce ingredients. Blend to form a smooth thick paste. Set aside.

Wash and cut veggies for filling. Mix them in a large bowl and add lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.

After 1 hr, fry the marinated chicken with 1 tbsp oil. Make sure there is no gravy left, and the chicken is fully dry.

Add the fried chicken into the veggie mix. Mix well. Shawarma filling is ready.

I used homemade shawarma bread. You can use store bought too. Slightly toast the bread. Spread the red sauce evenly.

Spread filling on it evenly. Add white sauce on top. Roll into a shawarma. Serve with sauces and fries.
