A very good combo of corn potatoes with rice flakes. It gives the crispy texture to the moist cutlets.

Boil potatoes, peel them and mash them. You can grate them too. Boil corn and crush them. Soak rice flakes in water for a minute and wash properly squeeze the water. Keep a little water in it and cover for 10 minutes.

Now add all the spices mentioned above to the potatoes, corn and rice flakes mixture and mix everything well.

Make cutlets out of the mixture and deep fry them in hot oil. Enjoy the crispy cutlets with tomato ketchup.
