Ingredients

  • Milk,rice
  • cardimom powder, pistachio,Almonds,sugar,
  • 2 litre liquaid milk

  1. 1

    Take a pan & put milk in it.Add 4- 6 cups sugar.1 pinch cardamom powder,some grated pistachioes & almonds.stirr it constantly & take 1 cup soak rice blend with 1 cup milk thicker.

  2. 2

    Mix blend rice in milk & mix it slowly in slow medium flame cook kheer until it becomes thick.About 1 hour.dish out kheer & refrigerate 1 hour garnish with almonds & pistachios.enjoy it!!!
