Take 4 to 5 fresh guava. Wash it and chop it. Take that to a grinder jar and add 2 tablespoons sugar (can add honey too).

Add half tablespoons cardamom powder. Blend it and separate half cup of the smooth paste aside.

Add 1 cup of ice cube,1 glass of milk. Then blend it smooth mixture.

First add the separated blended mixture in the glass and add the shake blended with milk in the top. Add few raw guava for garnish.
