Sindhi Style Kathal ki Sabji
This recipe of Kathal is very easy and very tasty to eat #foodfood
Steps

First of all wash the Kathal pieces with hot water.

Now, heat the oil in a fry pan and deep fry all the Kathal pieces.

Take the extra oil out and let remain 2 tspn oil in the pan.

Add ginger garlic paste in the pan and saute it well. Then add tomatoes in it and add salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and coriander powder to it.

Cover it with a lid and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame.

When the tomatoes are cooked then add Kathal to it and some water and mix it well. Cover it and cook it for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle coriander leaves over it and serve it hot with roti.
