Lasooni paneer

In a pan heat oil and add, roughly chopped onion, tomato, ginger,garlic, Kashmiri red chilli, casuenut, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder cumin- Coriander powder. And mix them well cover it with lid & cook it for 15 mins. Add water if needed. Let it cool and grind it till the nice paste.

Now in a pan add oil, jeera let it simmer and and finely chopped onion. Once golden add chopped garlic. Now add ginger you can also add green chilli slits. Now add puree and diced paneer. Let it cook for 2-3 mins and add 1 cup beaten curd. And add salt to taste.

Serve it with paratha or rumali roti.
