Urad Dal Vada with Tomatoes Chutney

Firstly take Black Gram or Urad Dal Soaked it for 5 to 6 hours then put into Jar add Green Chillies, Ginger, Garlic,Salt, Black Pepper and grind it to make a smooth paste.

Then after making Smooth Paste put it into Container add Green fresh Coriander, Kasuri Methi, Ajwain, Cumin Seeds, Chopped Onion Baking Soda and mix well, Now heat any Cooking oil on medium flame Put the round shape paste into it to make PAKODA fry on medium flame.

Fly all the PAKODA till it become Golden Brown Colour.

For Chutney take a jar add Red Fresh Tomatoes, Green Chillies,Salt, Garlic blend it for 5 min Serve it with PAKODA.
