Parboil rice with turmeric powder

Wash and dice your vegetables

In a pot add oil, fry onions, tomatoes and pepper for some minutes add water, and seasoning to taste and allow to boil for some minutes then add rice and cover to cook when the water is almost dried, add vegetable and cover and let to done

For salad: wash and slice the cabbage and set aside, wash and grate carrot and set aside then wash and cut cucumber.

I a small plate mix sugar and salad cream until soft then mix all the vegetables together and serve with turmeric rice and fish or beef
