Just fancied a saag paneer side with my lamb madras curry (also in my recipes) so made a shortcut paneer dish in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  1. Blockpaneer cheese (226g)
  2. 1white onion chopped
  3. 1thumb size piece of ginger
  4. 1large clove of garlic
  5. 150 gwashes baby spinach leaves
  6. 1tspn curry paste
  7. Drizzle olive oil
  8. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Slowly cook the onion in a drizzle of oil until tender. Cube the paneer and add it to onion and cook for a couple of mins till brown on either side. Keep turning. Add the finely diced ginger and garlic and then add a curry paste of your choice. I used Bart pilau seasoning but any paste will do. Once the paneer is browned all over add the bag of spinach and cook till reduced down. Season with salt and enjoy. Cooked within 10 minutes 👌🏼
