    Kachori ka ata gondh ke 15 min rest ke lye rakh dein

    Ab oil se hand grees kar Lein or chote chote pere bana ke rakh Lein

    Us ke baad alu ki filling ready krlen

    Pan m oil garam kar ke zeera kalonji bhonen or alu dal ke mix karein

    Ab is m pisi wi mirch haldi namak haradhania lehsan adrak paste dalen or achi trha bhone

    Ab onion kati wi add karein or flame of kar ke thanda krlen

  12. 12

    Pere ko hath se gol Belen or alu ki filling bech m rakh ke Pera bana lein or dobara oil laga ke hand p hathh se hai bele or fry krlen
