Lamb & yogurt soup 🥰

Start by wash the meat and set a side and oil to pan and start frying the chopped onion till it softens then add the turmeric powder mix around then add the lamb and dried lime and mix until lamb changes colour.

Once that happens and the boiling water and season with salt and cook on a low medium heat until lamb is tender.
in a mean while add the yogurt to a bowl mix the add only the egg white from the egg this will stop the yogurt from spliting when you add to the lamb so mix togeather.
mean while check lamb and add the mix herbs and if cooked start to add the yogurt to the lamb stirring contineusly after remove lid and lower heat and simmer for 10 mins. DONT NOT PUT THE LID BACK ON.
