Ingredients

30min (more 30min for cool down)
4 people
  • 400-500 gblock pork
  • 1-2black tea bag
  • Vegetables skin(carrot, onion, ginger, cabbage, garlic etc)
  • 200-250 mlwater
  • ☆1/2 teaspoon salt
  • ☆50 ml vinegar
  • ☆50 ml soy sauce
  • ☆3 tbsp honey

Steps

30min (more 30min for cool down)
  1. 1

    Put all vegetables skin and black tea bag into boiled water for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Put a block pork into 1 and start pressure cooker for 10-15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Put all ☆seasoning into 2 and boil down.

  4. 4

    After the pork cools down, slice and line them on the plate.
