Ingredients

  • 3 cupsflour
  • 4eggs
  • 2 cupsmashed bananas
  • 11/2 tspbaking powder
  • 11/2 tspbicarbonate soda
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 3/4 cupoil
  • 100gs chic chips
  • 1/2 cupbutter milk
  • 1 tspvanilla

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift dry ingredients

  2. 2

    Mix sugar and oil well

  3. 3

    Add an egg at a time as you beat the mixture

  4. 4

    Add the vanilla

  5. 5

    Mix in the dry mixture alternating with the milk.

  6. 6

    Lastly mix in the banana then the choc chips.

  7. 7

    Bake on 180°c oven for 30mins or till done
