It is a very tasty and tangy sauce made out of raw mangoes. You can have it with chapati, bread or anything as a substitute for tomato ketchup. It can be also be preserved in refrigerator for quite long.

It is a very tasty and tangy sauce made out of raw mangoes. You can have it with chapati, bread or anything as a substitute for tomato ketchup. It can be also be preserved in refrigerator for quite long.

Pressure cook raw mango for 2 whistles. Now peel it and take all the pulp. Amount of jaggery should be same as the amount of pulp.

Add all the above ingredients to the pulp and cook it till everything is mixed well, it thickens and looks shiny.

Kairi sauce is ready. Let it cool and store it in glass bottle. This way it can be preserved for 2-3 months.

Yummy sauce can be served with anything.
