Heat oil in a pan.

After the oil is heated put in cumin, dry red chiilis and let it crackle.

Pour in the onions.

Put salt and turmeric powder in the pan and mix well.

Fry till the onions become soft on medium flame.

Put in cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and sugar. Fry for 2-3 mins on medium flame.

Then add the ginger paste.

Fry till the raw smell of ginger disappears on medium flame.

Put in the paneer and fry for 5-6 mins on medium flame.

Then put in the cinnamon paste and green chillies saute for 2-3 mins more and your paneer pyazi is ready to serve.
