Preparing the Jalebi batter collect all the required ingredients

Mixed well in a bowl, add water little by little to make smooth thick better with pouring consistency.

Now add a pinch of color

Preparing sugar syrup...collect all ingredients

Take 1 cup sugar in a deep pan Add 1/2 cup water n cardamon powder.

Keep stirring on medium flame, so that the sugar dissolves.

Switch of the flame and add lemon juice. Stir well.

Loading Jalebi batter in dispenser, transfer the mixture to a squeeze bottle.

Tighten up the cap and the batter is ready to make crispy Jalebis.

Heat oil for deep frying in a pan. Now squeeze the bottle gently and move in circular motion to get spiral.

Let it fry until it turns golden brown from both sides.

Immediately put it into the warm sugar syrup. Syrup should be warm or little hot
