Believe me it's awesome in taste and very healthy because we could not use any bread.
You can also add oats to make more healthy.

First cook noodles in hot water and drain all extra water and cool down it. Add suji and curd in a another bowl and mix well thenadd water as needed and make thick batter.

Now heat oil. add mustard seeds cumin seeds then add all vegetables, cooked noodles and all spices in the batter and mix well keep a side it for 10 minutes.when you want to make sandwich then add soda and lemon juice then mix. please mix very gently.

Now heat sandwich maker. Grease with butter.Pour batter in it and cover the lid than cook 5 to 6 minutes.once check between with toothpick.

When cook both side and looking both side golden brown. Serve crispy noodles sandwich without bread with green chutney and tomato sauce.
