Take ghee in a vessel and rub the ice over it.rub it till it changes it's color from yellow to white.rub it for 5-6 minutes.

Now add maida and crumble it.do not over mix it.add milk and stir.

Now add chilled water to it and lemon juice. It should be lump free.it should have flowing consistency.heat the oil or ghee on another side.

Take the batter and add 2 tbsp each time drop by drop slowly.

Let it be till it turns brownish.remove slowly and add sugar syrup and dryfruits to it.our ghevar are ready to eat..🤤😋
