Take a pan add Mutton and 4 onions and whole garlic ginger coriander seeds and fennel bay leaf and keep for cook well then to tender Mutton/ and now drean and separate Mutton and yakhni and keep aside

Take a pan add oil add cumin seeds and black pepper clove cinnamon stick black cordamam green cordamam star anees and add onion fry lightly golden brown and add Mutton and stir cook add ginger garlic paste salt and stir cook add curd and stir cook add lemon juice and green chili stir cook add yakhni and cook after boil add rice and cook well add milk and cook 5 minutes slow Flame with lid

Now garnish brown onion coriander leaves green chili casar threads and casar colour rose water and keep slow Flame for 15 minutes with lid well for dam
