Peel the potatoes. Use a parchment paper under the potatoes while peeling. Makes for easy clean up later.

Cut in to 1/2 inch pieces

Boil them with Vinegar and Salt for 8 min
- 4
Strain out and let them cool down a little. Basically shouldn’t be steaming hot

Double fry them.

Season and Enjoy !!
