Milk Tea Cheescake Milk Tea Cheescake
Since Christmas is approaching, I wanted to make a cheesecake that is different from average to bring out the smiles on my family and friends' faces. My personal recommendation is to use Earl Grey for the tea.If using a tea bag, different companies have different amount and weights for each bag, but for the batter and the cream, generally using 1 tea bag should be okay. The cooking times for ovens and microwaves vary, so please adjust accordingly. For one 18 cm [7.1 in] round cake mold. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -

Tea Cakes Tea Cakes
I received this recipe years ago from an elderly lady (98 years old) of 12 children. She had 4 sets of twins. She was a gentle soul and loved to cook and feed people. I met her at a birthday party for one of her great grands, we got to talking about baking and I told her about a cookie that my great granny used to make, but no one knew the recipe. A few days later, she sent her daughter to deliver THE COOKIE recipe, she called them TEA CAKES. This is my go-to recipe for rollout cookies. It makes ALOT! #ChristmasGift Sonya Bankester -

Black Tea Butter Cake with Lemon Icing Black Tea Butter Cake with Lemon Icing
I was selected as a tester for Aspartame sweetener, so I tried using it to make some sweets that I usually avoided due to the calories.I recommend using Earl Grey tea. Adjust the amount of water according to how rich you would like the lemon icing. If you let it sit overnight, it will become even more moist. You can also bake it in an 18-cm pound cake pan. Very Rich No-Bake Cheesecake with Royal Milk Tea Very Rich No-Bake Cheesecake with Royal Milk Tea
I made this because I wanted to eat a no-bake milk tea flavored cheesecake. Enjoy the decadent and rich royal milk tea flavor. Make the milk tea first, then you just need to mix the ingredients and cool down to harden! If you use 200 g of cream cheese instead, adjust the amount of sugar. The tea flavor needs to steep for 3-4 minutes for the flavors to get extracted. Some lumps may form at the bottom of the pan, so pour the tea into the mixture while straining it. This will make the cake smooth. If you brew the tea in a microwave, repeat Step 8 three times. Earl Grey Tea Aroma Black Tea Cream Earl Grey Tea Aroma Black Tea Cream
I wanted to make black tea flavored heavy cream without using black tea powder. But I don't like putting in really strong black tea.I was worried that I might not be able to whip the cream well once it had been heated, but it worked fine.Steep the cream really well until it becomes black tea.At step 2, don't put the lid on your pot when you leave it to steep for three minutes. If water gets in the cream, it'll become harder to whip later! When adding the sugar, mix in a little bit at a time and taste test it so you can add as much sugar as you like!
