Delicious Dhokla

I am inspired by toddlertantrums. So I decided to cook my hubby's favourite dish. It's quite easy to make. All ingredients are easily available at home. It's really mouth watering. My whole family love it.

First take gram flour, semolina and curd in mentioned quantity and then add some water and mixed it well and make a fine batter.

Then add mentioned carom seeds plus turmeric plus lemon juice plus salt plus one teaspoon of sugar and one teaspoon of cooking oil and then mix it well and rest this batter for 30 mins aside.

After 20mins, pre heat the kadhai or cooker as per your choice for 5mins at low flame.

After 25mins. Take the batter add one pouch or one teaspoon for normal Eno salt in it and one teaspoon of water and mix it well amd make a fine batter like batter of chila (example).

Now take a alluminium or steel bowl. Grease it well with ghee or cooking oil as per your choice.

Now transfer the batter into that bowl to cover 75% of space of bowl. Don't fill it completely.

Now put a stand into that preheat kadhai or cooker and then put that bowl of batter into the kadhai and cover with a plate or cap of that kadhai and rest for 20-25 mins in low medium flame.

Then prepare a tadka for dhokla.

Take a frypan, add two teaspoon of cooking oil,then add mustard seeds into it, then add curry leaves, then add one teaspoon of sugar, then add 1cup of water. Fry it for 2mins at low flame.

After 25mins check that base of dhokla is ready or not. If ready then transfer into a plate. When it becomes a little cool. Cut into pieces as much as you want. Then transfer the prepared tadka on the dhokla base and cover this dhokla and rest it for 15mins.

After 15 mins, garnish the dhokla with fresh coriander leaves and taste it. It's really mouth-watering.
