Separate the egg white and yellow

Mix milk separately in egg white and yellow.

Beat well both the portion with adding of salt and pepper.

Now heat and brush oil on the tawa and spread some egg white. Spread Schezwan sauce on the one side and set chicken keema curry. Now roll it very carefully..

When edg is come spread yellow portion and roll it tightly.

Cut the roll into pieces and serve.
