Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 ozrolled oats (about 1 cup)
  • 1 containersweetened yogurt (use unsweetened if you're on a diet)
  • 1banana (any type)
  • 2/3 cupmilk (sweetened, unsweetened, or nut milk)
  • 1 teaspoonhoney (optional)
  • 2 teaspoonschia seeds

Steps

    Combine oats, yogurt, and banana.

  2. 2

    Mash the banana; it doesn't need to be smooth, just mashed.

  3. 3

    Add milk, honey, and chia seeds, then stir.

  4. 4

    Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, transfer to a bowl and top with your favorite fruits and nuts.

    Enjoy your meal!
