Many People in the UK (United Kingdom) who can't cook,but make their own meals - may make a hash - from boiled,left over potatoes - the most famous hash - People make,is Corned Beef Hash - usually from cold cooked Corned Beef in a tin.I used a lot of Ground Black Pepper too gain flavour for my made up Recipe of Pork mince Hash,but Sweetcorn,or maybe Garden Peas may - be - an alternative source of flavour - I used shop bought Barbecue Sauce - as a sauce - to go with the hash.

Ingredients

1 serving
  • 400 gcold cooked boiled potatoes
  • 500 gPork Mince
  • 1large onion
  • 50 mlRape Seed Oil,or Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp.Table Salt
  • Small Dessert Spoon of Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 pinchesTable Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry the roughly chopped onions in Rape Seed Oil,add the ground black pepper and teaspoon of Table Salt.

  2. 2

    Cook raw Pork mince in the frying pan with the softened onions.

  3. 3

    Add the cold cooked boiled potatoes too the frying pan and fry them with the other ingredients until they are completely hot and mixed together,serve on One big Dinner Plate - flatten - and then evenly sprinkle 4 pinches of Table Salt over the top - done.
