Ground Meat and Cabbage
I wanted to make a tasty dish using the ground meat I bought on sale. The first stage is the key. Stir-fry the meat and vegetables over medium-high heat. Low the heat when you cook it through later on.The heat level is important in order to bring out the best flavors from the ingredients.(Just be careful not to heat up a non-stick frying pan too much, or the non-stick coating may come off!) For 4 servings. Recipe by Moyomoyonoomajinai

Rich, Juicy Gyoza with Mixed Mince
I heard that the moisture in the meat evaporates easily during processing. I wanted my dish to be juicy and rich, so this is what I came up with. I added oyster sauce to my mother's recipe that uses mixed ground meat without garlic.-Try to use good quality ground meat because it really determines the taste._Make sure the meat absorbs plenty of water and condiments.-Wrap up briskly and pan-fry immediately (to avoid tearing, align the gyoza leaving generous spaces in between). Store leftovers in the freezer. For 40 gyoza (30 if large). Recipe by Kichiri-monja

African Suya Meat Skewers 🐘
-Recipe from the Cookpad Home Academy workshop 🏡💚 during "African Night"- 🐘A delicious skewer that transports you to Africa with the first bite! Typical of Nigeria and Cameroon, this skewer features a spice mix called "Suya," which gives it its name. This mix can be used for meat, fish, and even rice and pasta! While the meat is usually cooked directly over fire or coals, we made it in a pan or on a griddle, and it turned out delicious. I'll also share how we prepared a sauce that, while not typically African, is a perfect fusion of flavors that pairs ideally with the suya and the meat!! 😍

This is a very common way to cook steak. Seasoned only with salt and pepper then finished by basting with garlic and thyme butter for a perfect flavor that doesn’t drown out the taste of the steak. I aim for medium rare (135F internal temperature. Adjust cooking times to your desired rareness and use meat thermometer if you are unsure.
