Marinated Loin with Soy Sauce
Another way to marinate meat or fish. You can use it for pork, beef, fish, lamb, or whatever you like. You'll present your family with the same meat but with a different flavor. Dare to try it! 😉
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash the meat and drain
- 2
Add to both sides:
- 3
Pepper to taste (don't overdo it)
- 4
Ground thyme
- 5
Soy sauce
- 6
The amount of soy sauce depends on the amount of meat. Don't add too much. For 2 mussels (cover photo), I used about 1 1/2 ounces (40 milliliters).
- 7
Fill with water to cover the meat completely.
- 8
Check the salt. Soy sauce is salty, so be careful with the amount of salt you add.
- 9
Refrigerate. And it's ready!
- 10
Preferably, marinate your meat a day in advance. Enjoy your meal! 🍴

Sweet Soy Sauce Minced Pork Sweet Soy Sauce Minced Pork
#mycookbookI am a porridge ‘super’ big fan since I was a kid. My mom always cooked me plain porridge with different kinds of side dishes at least 2-3 times a month. This Sweet Soy Sauce Minced Pork is one of the ‘must’ menus every time she made porridge. It doesn’t use a lot of various ingredients but it’s very flavorful 😋😋😋 If you like my recipes, please follow my Instagram @jenscookingdiary for the Indonesian recipes or @jenscookdineandtravel for the English recipes 🙏🏻😊😘 jenscookingdiary -

Zucchini and Potatoes Marinated in Soy Sauce Zucchini and Potatoes Marinated in Soy Sauce
This is my parents' summer recipe that I now serve to my own family. If the zucchini and potato are very large, cut vertically in half before slicing. If thin, cut into disks.[Regarding the amount of soy sauce] If you're going to eat it right away, 2 tablespoons is fine, but the longer you wait, the stronger the flavor gets. If you're going to wait before eating the recipe, use less soy sauce. For 3-4 servings. Recipe by Run cookpad.japan -

I had a ton of shiso leaves around, so I wanted to use them up!You can add butter at the start too.You can put in as much shiso as you like. The version in the photo has 30 shiso leaves in the stir-fry plus more for garnish, and I wanted to add even more!To be honest, it tastes good even without the pork. Recipe by guemi cookpad.japan -

Pork Loin with Piping Hot & Thick Daikon Radish Sauce Pork Loin with Piping Hot & Thick Daikon Radish Sauce
Grated daikon goes well with hamburger steaks or grilled meat. I also eat grated daikon in the winter, and one day I thought, "That's it!" and got the idea of thickening with katakuriko. Grated daikon served piping hot is so good.Make the meat flat and spread it out as wide as possible (This is because we will top with grated daikon and eat.) Thicken the sauce a little heavy with katakuriko. Drain the grated daikon water well. The seasoning for the sauce will taste better if it's on the salty side. Serve with a spoon so you can finish both the meat and sauce. For 2 servings. Recipe by Rena0601 cookpad.japan
