Nagaimo Yam and Miso Meat Rolls for Summer Gatherings

My children love meat, so I made something a bit different from the norm, and they loved it.
I want my family to eat this and feel better on hot days when they have no appetite.
I want to leave the texture intact, so don't worry about cooking them through to the center; just cook the meat through, and it is done.
Adding doubanjiang and kochujiang also tasted delicious. Recipe by Funakoko

Mix the ☆ together, and spread it on top of the pork. This time, I used pork belly meat.
- 3
Divide the nagaimo yams into 10 equal portions, and roll them up in the pork. Squeeze it in your hands after rolling.

Wipe excess grease with a paper towel, cook the meat until crispy, cut it diagonally in half, and enjoy with lots of vegetables.

Osechi Cooking- Chicken Yawatamaki Rolls with Shio-koji Osechi Cooking- Chicken Yawatamaki Rolls with Shio-koji
When I made Yawatamaki rolls, which I made last year as well, with shio-koji, they turned out really delicious. Despite their whiteness, they are properly seasoned.Cooking them slowly keeps it moist even when cooled. If you roll it nicely and place into a zip-top bag exactly the right size, you don't have to tie up with cooking twine, and it will look pretty when done.If you are adding in more filling, increase the cooking time to let the flavors soak in more. For 1 roll. Recipe by kirakira5 cookpad.japan
