Ingredients

  • 2 cupsRice flour
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspajwain (carton seeds)
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspGreen chilli paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a vessel boil water....add green chilli paste as per your taste. Salt to taste.jeera and Ajwain.... Let it boil for 5 mins

  2. 2

    Now add soda and take a boil.

  3. 3

    Now add rice flour and mix it thoroughly so no lumps are there.... Switch the gas off

  4. 4

    Now take a steamer... And put the ready mix of rice flour to steam for 20mins....

  5. 5

    Now your KHICHU is ready to serve... Tastes best when served hot with oil and pickle masala
