  • Oil for deep frying
  • Pinchsalt
  • Pinchchaat masala

    First peeled the potatoes and cut like French fries.

    In a wok heat oi add potatoes fries.

  3. 3

    Deep fry the fries. Sprinkle salt and chaat masala. serve with ketchup.
