Ingredients

  • 1 pcwhole chicken
  • 2tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Garam masala
  • Salad onion
  • Black pepper
  • Mixed spices
  • Capsicum
  • Corriander
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut your chicken into small pieces

    Wash and boil, add all the spices

  3. 3

    Once cooked add onion, salt then tomatoes

  4. 4

    Once all the tomatoes dissolve add some water and let it simmer for 8 minutes

  5. 5

    Add Capsicum then cook for 3 minutes, add Corriander and remove from heat

  6. 6

    Serve with any starch
