Grind coarsely corn, green chillies, corriander leaves, curry leaves in a mixijar.

Add chilly powder,salt,rice flour,maida and mix well.

Heat two sp oil in a pan and spread a spoon of corn mixture and cook for a while. Can also be shallow fry adding more oil.

Cook on other side till brown and crisp. Spicy corn pancakes are ready to serve.

Can be served with sauce and mayo.
