First take Masoor ki dal and put in water for over night. Than grind it and put salt and baking soda in it and fry it. Than put it in water for 2 hours.

Than take a bowl put curd,black pepper,chat masala salt,jeera,bhujiya,green chutney and red chutney and papadi in it and than put bhalle in it.
