Ingredients

  1. 5 cupsrice
  2. Tomato
  3. Red bell pepper
  4. Scotch pepper
  5. Onion
  6. 1 cupGround nut oil
  7. Green beans
  8. Carrots
  9. 10maggi
  10. 2 table spoonsalt
  11. 1 table spooncurry & thyme
  12. 1 table spoontumeric

Cooking Instructions

    First per boil rice with tumeric strain water & set aside, wash & slice the red bell pepper, tomato, onion, green beans & carrot add into a pot then add in the oil fry for some minutes add all the seasoning i.e maggi, salt, curry, thyme & stir well until well cooked.

    Then add in the rice stir from below to above until every thing is properly incorporated cooked for a couple of minutes the serve!
