  • Chicken breast
  • Breadcrumbs
  • 2eggs
  • Flour
  • Oil for frying

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Pound the chicken breasts, dip them in milk, then in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil in a skillet and fry each cutlet one at a time, being careful not to burn them.

  3. 3

    Serve with a salad for a quick and easy dinner.
