Steps

Mix the luke warm water n yeast in a bowl n let it rise.

Mix milk,eggs,sugar n vanilla essence n whisk them well until sugar dissolves.

In another bowl sieve your flour,add margarine n salt n mix well.

Next add the yeast mixture n mix then add the egg mixture and start kneading until soft.

Cover for 30mins

Roll the dough like chapati using doughnut cutter,cut the dough.If u don't have use a tumbler n a bottle lid for the centre.

Cover them again for under 20mins

In a pan heat oil,it should not too hot,in medium heat,deep fry them until golden brown

As they cool after deep frying, in a pan put icing sugar,cocoa n water.Boil in medium heat as you keep on stirring until it becomes thick.Allow it to cool.

Dip in the doughnuts as you arrange them in the cooling rack

Sprinkle coconut flakes on top or any available cake decorations

Enjoy with hot tea or coffee.
