For paratha:- Mix all the ingredients together and make a soft dough. Greased it with ghee & Covered with towel for 10 min.

For Bhurji:- Tempting with onion into oil & fried thz onions lil bit. Then all the ingredients step by step & saute for 5-6 minutes. Keep aside for cooling.

After 10 minutes....knead the dough again & take small equal portions of it for paratha. Roll them & fried thz with ghee.
